基于管理开发视角的干部教育培训实践与建议——以中国科协党校为例

摘要 本文以中国科协党校建设为干部培训研究对象,探索干部教育培训机制的运行成效。研究发现中国科协党校教育培训工作自开展以来已取得一定成效,但新形势下新阶段培训工作开展过程中逐渐显露重视程度不足、协同机制待完善、积极性待提高、平台运用待强化、培训达标率不高等问题。针对工作中呈现的主要问题,以已有的实践经验为基础,从认识层面、组织层面、内容层面及机制层面提出新阶段科协党校建设与教育培训融合优化的建议。 This paper takes the construction of Party School of China Association for Science and Technology as the research object of cadre training, and explores the operation effect of cadre education and training mechanism. The study finds that the education and training work of the Party School of China Association for Science and Technology has achieved certain results since its launch, but in the process of the new stage, the problems of insufficient attention, the coordination mechanism remaining to be improved, enthusiasm, the application of the platform to be strengthened, and the training standard rate being not high enough. In view of the main problems presented in the work, based on the existing practical experience, we put forward suggestions on the integration and optimization of the construction of the Party School of China association and the training mechanism from the new level of understanding, organization, content and mechanism.
