唐山中厚板材有限公司采用辊压破碎-有压热焖工艺处理转炉钢渣,工艺按照一跨内紧凑式原则布局设计,可以节省场地面积、减少设备投资、有效提高作业效率,同时实现钢渣处理超低排放,提升钢、渣分离效果,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Tangshan Medium and Heavy Plate Co.,Ltd.adopts the roller crushing-pressurized heat stewing process to treat the converter steel slag.The process is designed in the principle of one span compact layout,which can not only save the site area,reduce equipment investment,effectively increase the operation efficiency,but also release ultra low emission of steel slag disposal,improve the separation result of steel and slag and receive good economic and social benefits.
