丘陵山地藜麦联合收割机振动筛设计与仿真

Design and simulation of vibrating screen for quinoa combine harvester in hills and mountains

摘要 针对丘陵山地藜麦联合收获时振动筛易堵塞、工作效率低等问题,设计了一种丘陵山地藜麦联合收割机双层往复式振动筛。通过理论设计与仿真分析,确定振动筛参数,采用ADAMS多体动力学软件对振动筛质心位移、加速度进行分析,并与藜麦联合收获脱粒物料属性进行对比分析。结果表明,振动筛质心位置水平方向位移变化范围为0~35.57 mm,质心位置竖直方向位移变化范围为0~21.58 mm,质心沿水平方向上加速度变化范围为-21604.94~21896.93 mm/s^(2),竖直方向上加速度变化范围为-12686.76~13700.76 mm/s^(2),振动筛运动形态满足脱粒物料滑移与分层的条件K_(x)≤K_(0)<K_(p),仿真结果与振动筛试验效果相近。振动筛结构设计合理,能有效避免脱粒物堆积,可以作为联合收割机振动筛使用。 Aiming at the phenomenon that the vibrating screen is easy to be blocked and the work efficiency is low during the combined harvest of quinoa in hills and mountains,a double-layer reciprocating vibrating screen for the combine harvester of quinoa in hills and mountains was designed.Through theoretical design and simulation analysis,the parameters of the vibrating screen were determined,and ADAMS multi-body dynamics software was used to analyze the displacement and acceleration of the center of mass of the vibrating screen.The results show that the horizontal displacement range of the center of mass of the vibrating screen was 0~35.57 mm,the vertical displacement range of the center of mass was 0~21.58 mm,the horizontal acceleration range of the center of mass was-21604.94~21896.93 mm/s^(2),the vertical acceleration range was-12686.76~13700.76 mm/s^(2),and the motion shape of the vibrating screen met the conditions of slippage and stratification of the threshing material K_(x)≤K_(0)<K_(p);the simulation results are similar to the experimental results of the vibrating screen,and it can be seen that the structure design of the vibrating screen is reasonable,can effectively avoid the accumulation of threshing material,and can be used as a combine harvester vibrating screen.
