摘要
基于人机工程学设计一款新型实用腹腔工具手柄。研究表明,圆柱型手柄较传统剪刀型手柄(带指环)在舒适度方面具有显著的提升,但其结构仍然需要改进。结合人体工程学对传统圆柱型腹腔工具手柄进行了优化,主要改进有以下3个方面:一是在传统圆柱型手柄上增加拇指操纵旋转尖端的功能,操作具有多样性、便捷性和舒适性;二是优化了传统圆柱型手柄的驱动方式,除去了其内部的弹性构件,使得获得更好力反馈,增加感觉的真实性;三是优化后的外壳具有一定密封性,目的在于满足医疗器械易于清理和消毒的要求。通过三维软件进行精确的建模和模拟仿真,并借助增材制造技术制作了模型,证明优化后的圆柱型手柄具有很大广泛应用的潜力。
A new type of practical abdominal tool handle is designed based on ergonomics.Studies have shown that the cylindrical handle has a significant improvement in comfort compared to the traditional scissors handle(with a ring),but its structure still needs to be improved.Combined with ergonomics,the traditional cylindrical abdominal cavity tool handle has been optimized and improved mainly in the following three aspects.The first point is to add the function of the thumb to manipulate the rotating tip to the traditional cylindrical handle,which makes the operation diversified,convenient and comfortable.The second point is to optimize the driving method of the traditional cylindrical handle,remove the internal elastic member,so as to obtain better force feedback and increase the authenticity of the feeling.The third point is that the optimized housing has a certain degree of sealing,which aims to meet the requirements of easy cleaning and sterilization of medical equipment.Accurate modeling and simulation are carried out through three-dimensional software,and the model is made with the aid of additive manufacturing technology.The optimized cylindrical handle has great potential for wide application.
