摘要
针对调压阀在工作状态下容易出现低频喘振的现象,为了探究调压阀的振动特性,对某型号调压阀进行了有限元模态仿真,得到该燃气阀的固有频率和振型,并进行了模态实验验证。实验数据与仿真结果基本吻合,证实了模态分析方法有效,在研究结构动力特性方面为同类型产品的设计及优化提供参考。
The phenomenon of low frequency surge is easy to appear in regulating valve in the work condition.In order to explore the vibration characteristic of regulating valve,to provide the basis for analyzing structural dynamic characteristics for the design and optimization of the same type product,finite element modal simulation was carried on for a type of pressure regulating valve,the inherent frequency and vibration model of the gas valve was obtained,and a modal experiment was carried out.The experimental data agrees with the simulation results,which proves that the modal analysis method is effective.
