摘要 选取某型汽车自动变速器2K-H型行星齿轮系为研究对象,根据实际产品结构材料参数建立三维模型,计算实际发动机减速器转速扭矩,并通过有限元仿真软件对行星齿轮系统进行静力学分析,对比有限元分析不同方向的力、位移。结果表明,行星轮和太阳轮的主要失效位置皆发生在齿根处。并以此为依据从材料和热处理的角度对行星齿轮系进行匹配设计。 This paper selects the research object of a certain type of automobile automatic transmission 2K-H planetary gear system,establishes a three-dimensional model according to the actual product structure and material parameters,calculates the actual engine speed and torque of the reducer,and performs static analysis on the planetary gear system through finite element simulation software.Comparing the force and displacement in different directions by finite element analysis,the results show that the main failure positions of the planetary gear and the sun gear all occur at the root of the tooth.Based on this,the planetary gear train is matched and designed from the perspective of material and heat treatment.
