遥控式脱扣器在消防机器人中的应用

摘要 背着消防水带的消防机器人代替消防员进入火灾现场灭火,保障了消防员的生命安全。针对目前传统的快速水带接头需要消防员亲自进入现场拆卸,才能顺利取下消防水带的难题,以消防机器人为研究对象,设计遥控式脱扣器连接消防机器人和消防水带。该脱扣器结构简单,采用模块式结构,可以根据需要进行组合使用,具有防水、防爆外壳。当需要消防机器人撤退或变更作业位置时,可远程遥控解除消防水带,从而提高机器人的撤退或变更速度,最大限度保障消防机器人和消防员的安全。 The fire robot carrying the fire hose entered the fire scene to extinguish the fire instead of the firefighters, ensuring the life safety of the firefighters. Aiming at the problem that the traditional quick hose connector requires firefighters to enter the fire scene and disassemble the fire hose. Taking the fire robot as the research object, a remote control release is designed to connect the fire robot and the fire hose. The release has a simple structure, adopts a modular structure, can be combined according to needs,and has a waterproof and explosion-proof shell. When the fire robot needs to retreat or change the operation position, the fire hose can be removed remotely. In this way, the withdrawal or change speed of the robot can be increased and the safety of the fire fighting robot and firefighters can be guaranteed to the maximum.
