超前小导管参数对地表沉降的影响

摘要 以合肥地铁1号线试验段终点至云谷路站浅埋暗挖区间为工程背景,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立三维数据模型,研究在改变超前小导管的环向间距、倾角、搭接长度对于地表沉降产生的不同影响。结果表明:超前小导管的环向间距布置范围为30~40 cm,超前小导管的倾角为10°~15°范围内,小导管的搭接长度应控制在1~2 m之间。可为类似工程提供参考。 Taking the shallow buried and concealed excavation section from the end of the test section of Hefei Metro Line 1 to Yungu Road station as the engineering background,the three-dimensional data model is established by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The different effects of expansive soil on surface settlement are studied by changing the circumferential spacing of pipe shed,the inclination angle of pipe shed and the lap length of pipe shed.The results show that the circumferential spacing of the pipe shed is 30 cm~40 cm,the inclination angle of the leading small conduit is 10°~15°,and the lap length of the small conduit should be controlled between 1 m~2 m.Through the above numerical simulation,it provides a basis and reference for similar expansive soil engineering in the future.
