摘要
以峨祁公路深水槽大桥为例,采用全过程分析方法对桥梁在泥石流灾害下破坏原因、灾后恢复重建方案以及建设过程进行分析。结果表明:桥梁在泥石流宜发生区域规划设计时,桥梁泄洪能力一定要满足;在路线方案研究时,尽量避免在泥石流堆积区穿越;对于灾后原桥位重建工程,设计人员需要进行多方案比较,在工程安全性满足的前提下,择优选择建设方案以达到预期效果;公路管理养护部门需重视泥石流易发生区域桥涵构造物的日常清淤、养护,以提高桥梁结构耐久性。
Taking the Sheng Shui Cao bridge of Eqi Highway as an example,the whole process analysis method is adopted to analyze the damage causes of the bridge under the debris flow disaster,the post-disaster recovery and reconstruction scheme and the construction process.The results show the flood discharge capacity of the bridge must be satisfied when planning and designing the area where debris flow should occur.In the study of route scheme,to avoid crossing in the debris flow accumulation area is tried.For the reconstruction project of the original bridge site after the disaster,designers need to compare multiple schemes.On the premise of satisfying the safety of the project,the construction scheme should be selected to achieve the expected effect.Highway management and maintenance departments should pay attention to the daily desilting and maintenance of bridge and culvert structures in areas where debris flow is prone to occur,so as to improve the durability of bridge structure.
