项目式教学在熔焊方法实训中的应用

摘要 项目式教学是一种以建构主义教学理论为基础的教学新方法。目前熔焊方法实训教学中一般采用讲授法和演示法。其存在教学效果不好、学生兴趣不高、难以做到理论联系实际等问题,学生分析、解决问题能力及创新思维、创新能力严重不足,难以适应目前时代发展对大学毕业生能力本位的要求。为了解决这一问题,使用项目式教学法,通过教师确定项目主题、下达施工图纸,学生分析拆分图纸、制定相应方案并实际操作焊接,同时解决在操作中发现的工程问题,教师进行项目成果评价等环节,从而促使学生对理论知识加以应用,提高学生的工程技能和动手能力。 Project-based teaching is a new teaching method based on constructivist teaching theory.At present,the teaching method and demonstration method are generally used in the welding method training teaching,However,there are some problems including the poor teaching effect,the students'the low interest and the difficulty in integrating theory with practice.The students'ability to analyze and solve problems,to think creatively and to innovate is seriously insufficient,which makes it difficult for the students to meet the requirements of the development of the current era for the ability standard of university graduates.In order to solve this problem,the project-based teaching method is used.The following links are used to promote students'application of theoretical knowledge and improve students'engineering ability and practical ability:the teacher's determination of the project theme and the issuance of construction drawings,students'analysis and splitting of drawings,the formulation of corresponding plans and the actual operation of welding,while solving the engineering problems found in the operation,the teachers'evaluation of the project results,etc.
