数字金融、高技术产业集聚与区域创新绩效

Digital Finance, High-tech Industrial Agglomeration and Regional Innovation Performance

强化数字金融的创新激励效应,是助力我国经济高质量发展的重要手段。文章基于2011—2020年的省级面板数据,从影响效果、传导机制、非线性特征和空间效应四个方面对数字金融与区域创新绩效的关系进行检验。研究发现:(1)数字金融显著提升了区域创新绩效,且促进效应在南方地区、金融基础较弱的地区和数字金融发展后期更强;(2)数字金融能够通过促进高技术产业集聚,强化集聚规模经济效应和多样化知识溢出效应来间接提升区域创新绩效;(3)数字金融对区域创新的促进作用存在数字金融发展水平、研发投入强度的单一门槛效应和信息化水平的双重门槛效应;(4)数字金融可通过空间溢出效应促进周边地区创新绩效的提升。

Strengthening the innovation incentive effect of digital finance is an important means to boost high-quality economic development in China. Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020, this paper examines the relationship between digital finance and regional innovation performance from the aspects of impact effect, transmission mechanism, nonlinear characteristics and spatial effect. The results go as follows:(1) Digital finance significantly improves regional innovation performance,and the promotion effect is stronger in the southern regions and regions with weak financial foundation in the late stage of digital and financial development.(2) Digital finance can indirectly improve regional innovation performance by promoting high-tech industry agglomeration, strengthening agglomeration scale economic effect and diversification knowledge spillover effect.(3) The promotion effect of digital finance on regional innovation has the single threshold effect of digital finance development level and R&D investment intensity and the double threshold effect of informatization level.(4) Digital finance can promote the improvement of innovation performance in surrounding areas through spatial spillover effect.
