Discussion on Structural Construction Technology of Large and Medium-sized Offshore Platform Reconstruction Project

海上石油平台的改造工程一般划分为结构、工艺配管、电仪、机械4个大的专业分部工程[1],其中结构改造工程是大中型改造工程项目中的重要组成部分,是其它分部工程施工的前提条件和基础。总结归纳了平台大中型工程涉及的专业、工程的内容和对象等,确定了平台大中型改造工程的设计原则,分析了平台结构改造工程的施工特点,提出施工的内容、阶段划分以及施工方案的具体要求,并对今后安全高效率地完成大中型改造工程提出了建议。

The reconstruction project of offshore oil platforms is generally divided into four major professional sub-projects,namely,structure,process piping,electrical instrument and machinery[1].The structural reconstruction project is an important part of the large and medium-sized reconstruction project,and is the prerequisite and foundation for the construction of other sub-projects.This paper summarizes the disciplines,project contents and objects involved in the large and medium-sized projects of the platform,and determines the design principles of the large and medium-sized reconstruction projects of the platform.This paper analyzes the construction characteristics of the platform structure renovation project,puts forward the specific requirements of the construction content,stage division and construction scheme,and makes suggestions for the safe and efficient completion of large and medium-sized renovation projects in the future.
