摘要
电力系统是煤矿生产的主要动力系统之一,供电系统可靠性直接影响大型煤矿电力系统安全生产和电气设备效率及使用寿命,但由于煤矿系统中存在大量大型感性负载,导致煤矿电力系统出现无功分量和功率因数降低等问题,造成煤矿电力系统电压下降,线路传输损耗增加。针对该问题,传统做法采用系统母线并联电容器或电容器组等方法解决,但传统方法存在系统投切均为固定值,且系统投切后续延迟放电,无法适应电力系统无功功率变化要求。为解决该问题,提出了煤矿电力系统电压无功自动补偿方法。详细阐述了其技术原理、调整原则和系统运行中的具体应用,以期实现对电力系统实际运行状态的实时调整,保障煤矿电力系统的安全性和动态调整的及时性,降低煤矿电力系统能耗。
Power system is one of the main power systems of coal mine production.The reliability of power supply system directly affects the safety of production of large coal mine power system and the efficiency and service life of electrical equipment.However,due to a large number of large inductive loads in the coal mine system,the reactive power component and power factor of coal mine power system are reduced,resulting in the voltage drop of coal mine power system and the increase of line transmission loss.In view of this problem,the traditional method uses the system bus shunt capacitor or capacitor bank to solve the problem,but the traditional method has the problem that the system switching is fixed,and the system switching is followed by delayed discharge,which cannot adapt to the requirements of the power system reactive power change.In order to solve this problem,this paper puts forward the automatic compensation method of voltage and reactive power in coal mine power system,and expounds its technical principle,adjustment principle and specific application in system operation in detail,in order to realize real-time adjustment of actual operation status of power system,ensure the safety of coal mine power system and the timeliness of dynamic adjustment,and reduce energy consumption of coal mine power system.
