随着我国城市化进程的推进,各地纷纷掀起了工程建设的高潮。工程监理是保证工程质量的重要因素,但是随着工程建设领域的多元化发展,工程监理企业面临着非常严峻的考验。为了适应工程建设的发展,工程监理企业要加速向全过程咨询服务转型。对目前工程监理企业现状及存在的问题进行总结分析,阐述了工程监理企业向全过程咨询服务转型的可行性和必要性,提出了工程监理企业转型的对策建议。

With the development of China's urbanization process,the climax of engineering construction has been set off in various places.Project supervision is an important factor to ensure project quality,but with the diversified development of project construction,project supervision enterprises are facing a very severe test.In order to adapt to the development of engineering construction,engineering supervision enterprises should accelerate the transformation to whole-process consulting services.The article analyzes and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the engineering supervision enterprises,expounds the feasibility and necessity of the transformation of the engineering supervision enterprises to the whole-process consulting service,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of the engineering supervision enterprises.
