摘要 分析了国家能源集团智能采煤技术与实践发展历程,详细阐述了5种智能采煤技术模式,介绍了《国家能源集团煤矿智能化建设建设指南》(2022版)井工煤矿智能采煤部分的5项制定原则,重点对初级、中级、高级3种智能采煤工作面的智能采煤模式及分级解决方案进行了解读。初级智能采煤工作面采用“自主移架+记忆割煤+跟机干预+集控”5人采煤模式,中级智能采煤工作面采用“协同作业+有人巡视+远程干预”3人采煤模式,高级智能采煤工作面采用“自主割煤+无人跟机+智能决策”0人采煤模式。对3种智能采煤模式从典型特征、不同解决方案下的人员配置进行了详细解读,智能采煤工作面建设按照统一建设理念、统一系统架构、统一综合管控、统一智能技术与装备的要求进行。 This paper analyzes the development history of intelligent coal mining technology and practice of China Energy Investment Corporation,expounds five kinds of intelligent coal mining technology modes,introduces five formulation principles of intelligent coal mining part of underground coal mine in the Guidelines for Intelligent Construction of Coal Mine of China Energy Investment Corporation(2022 Edition),and focuses on the understanding of intelligent coal mining modes and the classification solutions of primary,intermediate and senior intelligent coal mining faces.The three intelligent mining modes are as follows:the five-person mining mode of primary intelligent coal face with"autonomous shift+memory cutting+follow-up machine intervention+centralized control",the three-person mining mode of intermediate intelligent coal face with"collaborative operation+human patrol+remote intervention",and the zero-person mining mode of senior intelligent coal face with"autonomous cutting+unmanned follow-up machine+intelligent decision".The paper makes a detailed interpretation of the three intelligent coal mining modes from typical characteristics and personnel allocation under different solutions.The construction of intelligent coal mining face is carried out in accordance with the requirements of unified construction concept,system architecture,comprehensive management and control,and intelligent technology and equipment.
