摘要
通过对氢甲酰化反应机理的阐述,详细分析梳理了CO分压对氢甲酰化产物醛的正异比和反应速率的影响机理,并通过工业生产装置上的实际案例,进一步论证了CO分压在氢甲酰化反应中的关键作用。实际工业应用表明,CO分压与氢甲酰化产物醛正异比呈负相关关系,当工业生产装置的第一羰基合成反应器中CO分压由0.48 MPa降低到0.3 MPa后,其他2个反应器分压也进行了成比例的下调,戊醛正异比由17.2增加到19.7,C10醇中2 PH含量由90.5%增加到92.2%,极大地提升了产品品质;CO分压与氢甲酰化反应速率呈不规则的正态分布关系,当工业生产装置的第一羰基合成反应器中CO分压由0.48 MPa降低到0.30 MPa后,可以多产4.1 t/d的C10醇产品,产品收率在原基础上提升了约2.16%,经济效益显著。
Through expounding the mechanism of hydroformylation reaction,the influencing mechanism of CO partial pressure on the N/I ratio and the reaction rate of hydroformylation product aldehydes was analyzed in detail.The key role of CO partial pressure in the hydroformylation reaction was further demonstrated through the actual case on the industrial production unit.The practical industry application shows that the CO partial pressure is negatively related to the N/I ratio of hydroformylation product aldehydes.When the partial pressure of CO in the first carbonyl synthesis reactor of the industrial production unit is reduced from 0.48 MPa to 0.3 MPa,and the partial pressures of other two reactors are also reduced for proportional value,the ratio of n-valeraldehyde and iso-valeraldehyde(N/I ratio)is increased from 17.2 to 19.7,and the 2-PH content in C10 alcohol is increased from 90.5%to 92.2%,greatly improving the product quality.The CO partial pressure shows an irregular normal distribution relationship with the hydroformylation reaction rate.When the CO partial pressure in the first carbonyl synthesis reactor is reduced from 0.48 MPa to 0.30 MPa,C10 alcohol products can be increased produced by 4.1 t/d,and the product yield is increased by about 2.16%on the original basis,with significant economic benefits.
