摘要
根据主题发言进行论文写作为教师开展教学研究与实践总结提供了一个新的思路。然而,如何将发言内容转化为学术论文,借助文字凝练好发言所要传递的教育教学经验,从而进行分享与交流,却是一个棘手的难题。本文分析了一位高中英语教师发言准备以及写作总结的经历,构建了一条基于主题发言的论文写作路径。该路径能够为教师准备主题发言进而开展论文写作提供示范,引导他们回顾发言的准备过程,思考其经验及理据,在实现实践性知识与理论性知识的转化与融合的同时,实现更大范围的智慧共享。
Writing papers according to the keynote speech provides a new idea for teachers to carry out teaching research and summarizing practice.However,how to transform the speech contents into academic papers,refine the educational and teaching experience that the speech is intended to convey with the help of words,and then share and exchange it is a difficult problem.This paper analyzes the experience of a senior high school English teacher's speech preparation and writing,and constructs a thesis writing path based on the keynote speech.This path can provide a demonstration for teachers to prepare keynote speeches and then carry out thesis writing,guide them to review the preparation process of speeches,think about their experience and rationale,and achieve a wider range of wisdom sharing while realizing the transformation and integration of practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge.
