消化系统肿瘤的早诊早治策略

Emphasizing the earlier diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumor

消化系统肿瘤发病率和死亡率高,已成为严重影响人体健康的重要问题。对消化系统肿瘤的危险因素和发病机制仍不清楚,值得深入研究。胃肠道肿瘤的早期诊断仍然是临床亟待解决的难题,只有早期明确诊断并得到及时有效治疗,才能达到最佳的预后效果。高清消化内镜及放大、染色等新技术的应用,有利于发现早期胃肠道肿瘤,超声内镜检查及细针穿刺活检技术(EUS-FNA)可发现胰腺早癌,内镜切除术(EMR及ESD)可完整切除胃肠道早期肿瘤,达到治愈效果。消化内镜技术已迈入超级微创手术新时代。本文就消化系统肿瘤的早诊早治策略做一述评,以供临床借鉴。

The high morbidity and mortality of gastrointestinal tumor has become a serious problem.Meanwhile,the risk factors and mechanisms of gastrointestinal tumors are still unclear,which is worth further study.Early diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors is still a difficult problem to be solved in clinic.The earlier diagnosis and treatment is very important in order to get a good prognosis for these patients of gastrointestinal tumor.High resolution endoscopic examination with magnifying and dying method can diagnose early gastrointestinal tumors.Early pancreatic cancer can be diagnosed by EUS-FNA method.EMR and ESD can completely remove early gastrointestinal tumors and achieve curative effect.The new era of endoscopic super-micro-invasive technology of digestive endoscopy is coming.This article reviews the early diagnosis and treatment strategies of gostrointestinal tumor for clinical reference.
