摘要
“刑法分论”课程作为法学专业必修课,OBE理念下的混合式教育模式与之实践性需求相契合。文章在为“刑法分论”课程定位与价值分析的基础上,探究OBE产出导向教育作为课程混合教学模式设计的理论支撑,进而构建教育资源体系,确立“以需求为导向、以学生为中心、以成果为导向”的教学理念与方法。同时,以第三章“危害公共安全罪”为例设计符合这一理念与时代特征的课程内容与课程流程,最终实现教学理念实现由量到质的提升以及法学课程教学的改革。
As a compulsory course for law majors, the course of "specific provisions of criminal law" conforms to the practical needs of the mixed education model under the concept of OBE in the post epidemic era. Based on the orientation and value analysis of the criminal law curriculum in the post epidemic era,this paper explores OBE( output-oriented education) as the theoretical support for the design of curriculum mixed teaching mode, and then builds an educational resource system and establishes the teaching concept and method of "demand-oriented, student-centered and achievement oriented". At the same time, taking the third chapter "crime against public security" as an example, the paper designs the curriculum content and curriculum process in line with this concept and the characteristics of the times, and finally realizes the improvement of teaching concept from quantity to quality and the reform of law curriculum teaching.
