摘要
内部质量保障是高等学校专业发展的重要基石,是一流专业建设遴选的主要依据之一,也是专业建设的重要方向。文章从国家一流专业建设背景和现状分析出发,通过文献分析、问卷调查、个案研究等多种研究方法,归纳总结A省H学院英语专业建设中内部质量保障的策略措施。研究分析发现,H学院英语专业以项目建设、外部质量保障为动力提升内部质量管理,立足现实优化培养目标,遵循教学规律推动课程评价改革,实施全方位多角度的专业实践教学,专业建设特色较为突出。本研究结合该专业师范认证和专业评估反馈,从培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系和实践教学四方面提出内部质量保障的持续改进路径,以期推动地方师范院校国家一流专业的高水平建设。
The internal quality control, a corner stone for the development of higher learning institutions, is a major criterion for the selection of national first-class undergraduate program as well as an important orientation for the development of the national first-class undergraduate program. The paper starts with analyses on the background and current status of national first-class undergraduate program, and explores,through literature review, questionnaires analysis and case study, the guarantee strategies of the internal quality in English program of H university in A province. The research finds that the English program in H university have scored distinctive achievements thanks to its intensified internal quality management through research project development and external quality guarantee, optimized educational goals on realistic bases,rational curricular assessment in line with scientific educational rules as well as all-round and multi-dimensional field training. Based on the feedback of accreditation for teacher education programs and the undergraduate program evaluation, the study proposes some improvement suggestions on the cultivation goal, the graduation requirements, the curriculum system, and the field training for sustainable progress of the internal quality control and the continued development of the national first-class undergraduate program in regional normal universities.
