摘要
聚乳酸是一种环境友好的生物可降解材料,具有许多优良性能,可应用于保鲜包装、抗菌包装等领域,近年来逐渐成为可降解食品包装环保材料领域的研究热点。但是聚乳酸本身性质也存在降解速度慢,延伸性较差,熔融状态强度低等缺点。本文综述了高分子材料聚乳酸的优缺点、应用实例和改性方面的研究,阐述了聚乳酸在食品包装材料领域的应用现状和发展趋势,并对其未来应用前景进行了展望。
Polylactic acid is an environmentally friendly biodegradable material with many excellent properties, which can be used in fresh-keeping packaging, antibacterial packaging and other fields.In recent years, it has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of degradable food packaging environmental protection materials. However, the nature of polylactic acid itself also has disadvantages such as slow degradation rate, poor elongation, and low strength in molten state. This paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of polylactic acid, this polymer material, application examples and research on modification, and expounds the application of polylactic acid, the current situation and development trend in the field of food packaging materials, and the future application of polylactic acid materials Prospects are prospected.
