摘要 研究了食品用纸包装材料类型(淋膜纸、涂蜡纸、茶叶滤纸、烘焙纸、蒸笼纸等)与优势(造型优势、安全优势、视觉优势)。通过分析食品用纸包装材料产品质量安全性问题,具体包括原材料本身具有安全隐患、化学品安全隐患、印刷油墨安全隐患、贮存运输安全隐患、环境安全隐患等。结果表明,可以从完善法律法规,强化监管力度;强化检验检测能力;提升监管抽检力度,降低质量安全风险;强化宣传力度,形成社会共治;加强环境因素优化;基于安全性的镂空设计;基于安全性的折纸设计等进行防范。 The types and advantages of food paper packaging materials(coated paper, waxed paper, tea filter paper, baking paper, steamer paper, etc.) were studied(modeling advantage, safety advantage,visual advantage). By analyzing the product quality and safety problems of food paper packaging materials, including the potential safety hazards of raw materials, chemicals, printing ink, storage and transportation, environmental safety, etc. The results show that we can improve laws and regulations and strengthen supervision;Strengthen the ability of inspection and detection;Improve the supervision and random inspection to reduce quality and safety risks;Strengthen publicity and form social co governance;Strengthen the optimization of environmental factors;Hollowed out design based on security;Origami Design Based on security.
