基于就业导向的高校设计专业课程教学改革实践

Teaching Reform of Visual Communication Design Major in Application-oriented Colleges Based on Employment

就业工作是高等教育中履行立德树人根本任务的重要环节。就业育人是高校立德树人根本任务的重要体现,大学生就业事关人才强国和就业优先战略。针对当前高校艺术设计专业毕业生在就业中面临的实际问题,以就业育人为宗旨,以就业为导向设置课程体系,聚合校内外资源开展职业生涯规划,促进职业教育、专业教育、双创教育、思政教育的有机融合,推动艺术设计专业毕业生充分就业、高质量就业。同时以就业为导向,在构建设计学科课程体系、师资队伍、工作机制、考核评估等方面提出建议。

Employment is an important part in higher education to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education. Employment education is an important embodiment of the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities. In view of the current art design in colleges and universities graduates facing the actual problems in employment, for the purpose of employment education, the employment-oriented curriculum system, polymerization inside resources to carry out career planning, to promote vocational education and professional education, double gen education, ideological education of the organic integration of art design graduates’ full employment, high quality of employment. At the same time, it puts forward suggestions on the construction of design curriculum system, teaching staff, working mechanism,assessment and evaluation.
