摘要
坚持打造高质量人才队伍,提高企业自身的核心竞争力和科技创新能力,是实现企业高质量发展的重要手段。本文以制造业领域创新型企业的科技人才队伍建设为研究对象,首先分析人才队伍建设发展的共性因素,以工作年限划分职业生涯阶段,分析研究各阶段人才发展的特点;其次对人才进行了分类,将制造业领域创新型企业的人才队伍划分为技术、管理、项目、技能人才,并分析各类型人才的发展路径;最后对制造业领域创新型企业的科技人才队伍建设提出了建议。
Building a high-quality talent team can help enterprises not only improve the core competitiveness,scientific and technological innovation ability,but also develop with high quality.Firstly,this article based on the construction of the scientific and technological talent team of innovative enterprises in manufacturing,analyzes the common factors of the construction of talent team,and the characteristics of talent development at each stage by dividing career into four stages according to working years.Secondly,this paper classifies the talents of innovative enterprises in manufacturing into technical talents,management talents,project talents and skilled talents,and analyzes their growth path.Thirdly,this paper puts forward suggestions on the construction of scientific and technological talent team of innovative enterprises in manufacturing.
