摘要 为不断提高医学教育质量,培养适应社会发展需要的医学人才,医学教育领域也在不断探索新的教学模式。其中,PBL教学由于颠覆传统的LBL教学,以问题为导向充分激发学生的自主学习能力,而且与临床工作中的诊疗模式颇有相似,已成为备受国内外医学院校广泛推崇的一种教学模式。但是,在实际的教学应用中发现PBL教学也存在一些问题,尤其是在医学本科生的教学中,传统的LBL教学仍有许多PBL教学无法替代的优势。因此,该文通过分析中国医学院校针对本科生开展完全采用PBL教学存在的的弊端,提出应对措施,以达到全方位培养医学人才的教学目的。 In order to continually improve the quality of medical education and cultivate medical talents who adapt to social development,medical education has constantly explore new teaching mode.PBL,different from the traditional LBL teaching,is problem-oriented and can fully motivate students self-learning ability.Besides,it is also similar to diagnostic mode in clinical work,and has become a popular teaching mode among medical schools at home and abroad.However,problems of PBL teaching still exist in practical teaching,and the traditional LBL teaching still has some irreplaceable advantages in the teaching of medical undergraduates.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems of implementing complete PBL teaching to undergraduates in medical schools in China and proposes countermeasures,so as to achieve the teaching purpose of cultivating medical talents in an all-round way.
