摘要
现代学徒制是通过学校、企业深度合作,教师、师傅联合传授,以学生职业能力培养为主的人才培养模式。文章以药品服务与管理专业为实践对象,对现代学徒制人才培养模式的路径进行探索,创新性地提出MDAP学徒制模式,并通过多方联动的育人平台和机制搭建、课程体系构建、课程建设、师傅团队建设、多元评价体系构建等方面进行创新和实践,实现产教深度融合、校企双赢合作,提升人才培养质量,为现代学徒制的实践提供可行的路径和方法。
Modern apprenticeship is a talent training mode focusing on the cultivation of students professional ability through the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and joint teaching by teachers and master workers.This paper took the specialty of Pharmaceutical Service and Manage-ment as the practice object,explored the path of modern apprenticeship talent training mode,and proposed the innovative MDAP apprenticeship mode.Through establishing education platforms and mechanism of multiple cooperation,constructing curriculum system,building courses,con-structing master team and making multiple evaluation system,innovation and practice were made,deep integration of production and education and win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises were realized,and the quality of talent cultivation was improved.It provides a feasible path and method for the practice of modern apprenticeship.
