外科梦工场自制教具在磁外科教学培训中的应用探讨

磁外科是集临床医学、生物力学、磁材料学等多学科为一体的新兴临床技术学科,也是典型的交叉学科。磁外科教学对于培养磁外科临床应用型人才、推动磁外科技术的临床应用具有重要作用。然而,磁外科也是一门尚未完善和健全的学科,主要体现在尚无系统的学科设置、无统一的学习教材、无专门配套的教学和培训教具,其中磁外科相关教具的缺乏极大地阻碍了磁外科教学培训工作的开展。对此,西安交通大学第一附属医院外科梦工场根据磁外科教学和培训需要,自主研制磁外科系列教具并用于磁外科人才培养中,取得了较好的效果。该文详细介绍了外科梦工场自行研制的Lv-6型真肝模拟人、Real-Liver Laptrainer、磁蜘蛛人辅助单人修肝训练系统、血管吻合训练平台、外科手术语音图文工作站等教具和设备在磁外科教学培训中的应用,以更好地培养优秀医学人才。

Magnetosurgery,a typical interdisciplinary discipline,is an emerging clinical and technical discipline integrating Clinical Medicine,Biomechanics,Magnetic Materials Science and other disciplines.The teaching of Magnetosurgery plays an important role in training practical talents of Magnetosurgery and promoting the clinical application of Magnetosurgery technology.However,Magnetosurgery is also an imperfect and sound discipline with the lack of systematic discipline setting,unified learning materials,and special supporting teaching and training aids,among which the lack of teaching aids related to Magnetosurgery has greatly hindered the development of Magnetosurgery teaching and training.In this regard,according to the needs of Magnetosurgery teaching and training,the Surgical Dream Works of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi an Jiaotong University independently developed a series of Magnetosurgery teaching aids and used them in the training of Magnetosurgery talents,and achieved good results.This paper introduces the application of teaching aids and equipment in the teaching and training of Magnetosurgery,such as Lv-6 real liver simulator,Real-Liver Laptrainer,magnetic spider-man assisted single person liver repair training system,vascular anastomosis training platform,intraoperative medical images and texts recording report,which are all developed by Surgical Dream Works,so as to better cultivate excellent medical talents.
