摘要
目的设计高自由度DR成像原理与技术仿真实验平台,并运用于医学影像技术系学生实践操作教学,提高学生的实践技能。方法基于数值与场景仿真技术开发高自由度DR成像原理与技术仿真实验平台,在医学影像技术全国大学生技能大赛中进行运用,验证其提升学生实践技能的效果。结果参赛学生共375名。其中,A组(n=172)运用高自由度DR成像原理与技术仿真实验平台备赛,B组(n=203)采用其他方式备赛。A组平均成绩(106.24±18.81)分,高于B组平均成绩(94.31±21.54)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运用高自由度DR成像原理与技术仿真实验平台可提高学生实践成绩。结论高自由度DR成像仿真实验平台模拟真实情况下的临床操作,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣和探究精神,提高学生的实践技能。
Objective To design high degree of freedom DR imaging principle and technology simulation experimental platform,apply into the practical teaching of students from the specialty of Medical Imaging Technology and improve students practical skills.Methods Based on numerical and scene simulation technology,a high degree of freedom DR imaging principle and technology simulation experimental platform was developed and applied in the National College Students Skill Competition of Medical Imaging Technology to verify the effect of improving students practical skills.Results 375 students participated in the competition.Group A(172 students)prepared for the competition by using the high degree of freedom DR imaging principle and technology simulation experimental platform,while group B(203 students)prepared for the competition by other methods without using the platform.The average score of group A was(106.24±18.81),higher than that of group B,which was(94.31±21.54),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Using high degree of freedom DR imaging principle and technology simulation experi-mental platform can improve students practical performance.Conclusion The clinical operation simulated through high degree of freedom DR imaging principle and technology simulation experi-mental platform is conducive to stimulating students learning interest and exploring spirit and improving students practical skills.
