摘要
研究了软熔所得Sn-Fe合金层、钝化膜和漆膜的厚度对涂覆镀锡板耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:Sn-Fe合金层厚度对涂覆镀锡板耐蚀性的影响不大。钝化膜厚度和漆膜厚度是影响涂覆镀锡板耐蚀性的主要因素。对于没有变形的涂覆镀锡板而言,钝化膜或漆膜越厚,其耐蚀性越好。钝化膜或漆膜厚度过高会使漆膜的附着力变差,对涂覆镀锡板加工变形后的耐蚀性不利。在保证漆膜附着力为1级的前提下,适当提高钝化膜和漆膜的厚度有利于提高涂覆镀锡板变形后的耐蚀性。当镀锡板钝化电荷密度为0.5 C/dm^(2),漆膜涂覆量为15 g/m^(2)时,制罐样品的耐蚀性最佳。
The effects of thicknesses of Sn-Fe alloy layer formed by reflowing,passivation film,and paint on the corrosion resistance of painted tinplate were studied.The results showed that the thickness of Sn-Fe alloy layer has little influence on the corrosion resistance of painted tinplate,while the thicknesses of passivation film and paint are the main factors.For the painted tinplate without deformation,the thicker the passivation film and paint are,the better corrosion resistance it has.The adhesion of paint becomes worse if the passivation film or paint is too thick,which is detrimental to the corrosion resistance of painted tinplate after deformation.Under the premise of ensuring the level-1 adhesion of paint,it is beneficial to increase the thickness of passivation film or paint for improving the corrosion resistance of painted tinplate after deformation.The can made of the tinplate passivated at a charge density of 0.5 C/dm2 and coated with 15 g/m2 of paint had the best corrosion resistance.
