摘要
根据风功率预测误差的联合分布,提出一种计算预测误差超出量的方法。为了衡量储能容量的效用,提出了储能利用量和储能损失量的概念,并给出了计算方法。考虑储能的收益和成本,分别从企业和社会的角度,提出了2个典型的储能容量优化模型。仿真结果验证了方法的正确性和可行性。
According to the joint distribution of wind power prediction error,a method for calculating the excess of prediction error is proposed.In order to measure the utility of energy storage capacity,the concepts of energy storage utilization and energy storage loss are proposed,and the calculation method is given.Considering the benefits and costs of energy storage,two typical energy storage capacity optimization models are proposed from the perspectives of enterprises and society.The simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
