电磁屏蔽织物载银工艺及服用性能表征 被引量:1

Silver loading process of electromagnetic shielded fabrics and its wearability characterization

摘要 探讨了黏胶织物载银改性的最佳工艺,并测试该工艺下织物的致密性、电磁屏蔽效能、服用性能与耐水洗性能。测试结果表明,整理液最佳葡萄糖质量浓度为8 g/L,氢氧化钠质量浓度为2.4 g/L,硝酸银质量浓度为10 g/L。在此工艺条件下,改性织物的表面均覆盖一层银膜,致密性较佳,且改性织物在水洗10次以内时,断裂强力下降幅度较小,电磁辐射屏蔽值高于30 dB,具有较好的电磁防护效果。综合分析认为,该黏胶织物载银工艺具有很强的可行性。 The optimum modification process of silver loaded viscose fabric is discussed,and the compactness,electromagnetic shielding efficiency,wearability and water washing resistance of the fabric with the process are tested.The test results show that the optimum glucose concentration,sodium hydroxide concentration and silver nitrate concentration in the silver-loaded finishing solution of viscose fabric are 8 g/L,2.4 g/L and 10 g/L,respectively.Under the process condition,the surface of the modified fabric is covered with a layer of silver film with good compactness.When the modified fabric is washed for less than 10 times,the breaking strength decreases slightly,and the electromagnetic radiation shielding value is higher than 30 dB,showing good electromagnetic protection effect.Comprehensive analysis shows that the silver loading process of viscose fabric has strong feasibility.
