公路大桥主塔塔身液压爬模系统设计与施工

摘要 文章结合具体工程实例,以某公路大桥主塔塔身施工为研究对象,研究了液压爬模系统的设计与施工,提出了系统的主要技术参数,并借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,分别计算了三种不同工况下在荷载和外界条件作用下桥梁构件的受力及变形情况,计算结果表明:该爬模系统整体及各组件在各种工况下,应力及变形,能够满足使用要求。最后,对液压爬模系统的施工工艺进行了阐述,为同类工程实践提供了参考和借鉴。 Based on concrete engineering examples,this paper studies the design and construction of the hydraulic climbing mold system with the main tower construction of a highway bridge as the research object,proposes the main technical parameters of the system,and calculates the stress and deformation of the bridge components under three different working conditions under load and external conditions with the help of ANSYS finite element analysis software.The results show that:The system as a whole and components in various working conditions,stress and deformation,can meet the requirements of use.Finally,the construction technology of the hydraulic climbing mold system is expounded,which provides a reference for the similar engineering practice.
