重型厂房钢管柱的吊装工艺与混凝土浇筑技术

摘要 钢管混凝土柱是重型厂房的主要支撑结构,加强钢管柱的吊装管理和混凝土的浇筑管理是保障厂房结构稳定与使用安全的必要前提。本文首先从外观检查、放线测量、递送吊装与垂直度校正等方面,概述了钢管柱的安装技术要点;随后以泵送顶升浇筑法为例,重点分析了钢管柱内混凝土的浇筑方法,包括柱肢开洞和浇注管的焊接要求以及混凝土的性能参数和浇筑技术等,为钢管混凝土柱的施工管理提供了一定的经验借鉴。 Concrete-filled steel tube column is the main supporting structure of heavy plant.Strengthening the management of hoisting steel tube column and concrete pouring is the necessary prerequisite to ensure the stability and safety of the plant structure.In this paper,the main points of installation technology of steel pipe column are summarized from the aspects of appearance inspection,pay-off measurement,delivery hoisting and verticality correction.Then,taking the pumping jacking pouring method as an example,the pouring method of concrete in the steel tube column is analyzed,including the column leg opening and the welding requirements of pouring pipe,as well as the concrete performance parameters and pouring technology,which provides some experience for the construction management of concrete filled steel tube column.
