摘要
针对大模数高精度齿轮加工难问题,提出了一种基于数控加工的螺旋锥齿轮建模方法,通过应用微分几何理论和齿轮传动原理,以及圆锥螺旋线和渐开线特性,构建了一种螺旋锥齿轮的精确齿面模型,借助成熟的三维软件生成螺旋锥齿轮精确实体模型,为螺旋锥齿轮通用数控加工编程提供了有效的解决方案。
In order to solve the problem of machining large module and high precision gears,presents a method of the spiral bevel gear modeling based on NC machining.Based on the theory of differential geometry and the principle of gear transmission,an accurate surface model of the spiral bevel gear is established by using the characteristic curves of spiral and involute,and an accurate solid model of the spiral bevel gear is generated by using mature three-dimensional software,it provides an effective solution for general NC machining programming of the spiral bevel gears.
