摘要
为提高住宅建筑室内环境温度的适宜性,为用户提供一种相对良好的生活条件,以某绿色生态住宅项目为例,开展被动式节能技术的应用研究。根据建筑所在地的自然条件,设计建筑内部结构中的地道通风组织场地自然通风;在室外附加日光房的南立面上安装可移动的室外遮阳装置,将建筑遮阳时段与日照临界时刻作为参照,计算遮阳构件的垂直板、水平板出挑长度,设计构件尺寸的选型;建筑外墙为ALC预制板设计,根据建筑的节能设计需求,进行建筑外墙围护结构主要节点细部处理,完成绿色生态住宅被动式节能技术应用。实例应用实验结果证明:此项技术可以起到保温、隔热的作用,使住宅建筑起居卧室环境温度控制在适宜温度范围内。
In order to improve the suitability of the indoor environmental temperature of residential buildings and provide users with a relatively good living conditions,take a green ecological housing project as an example to carry out the application research of passive energy-saving technology.According to the natural conditions of the building location,organize the natural ventilation in the building interior structure;Install the movable outdoor shading device on the south vertical surface of the outdoor solar room,calculate the vertical plate and horizontal plate of the shading components and select the size of the design components according to the passive energy saving technology of green ecological house.The experimental results prove that this technology can play the role of heat preservation and heat insulation,and control the environmental temperature of living bedrooms in residential buildings within the appropriate temperature range.
