摘要
利用华中电网抽水蓄能电站进行功率平衡维持区域电网的安全稳定,同时评估在不同新能源和抽蓄电站配置方案下的运行经济性,对解决西北地区新能源消纳问题有着重要意义。基于PSCAD平台建立抽水蓄能电站机组数学模型进行仿真实验。结果表明,抽水蓄能电站通过合理建模和新能源配置方案,能最大化地实现区域电网的功率平衡,保障区域电网的安全稳定运行的同时实现电网的经济性最优运行。
The effect of the pumped storage power station in Central China power grid on the power balance and maintaining the safety and stability of the regional power grid is analyzed,and the operation economy under different configuration schemes of new energy and pumped storage power stations is evaluated,which are of great significance for the solving of new energy consumption problem in northwest China.A mathematic model of the pumped storage power generation unit is established based on PSCAD platform for simulation experiment.The results show that with reasonable modeling and new energy configuration scheme,the pumped storage power station can maximize the power balance and ensure the safe and stable operation of the regional power grid,while realizing the optimal operation of the power grid in economy.
