八角笼中的“枪与玫瑰”:制胜因素视阈下综合格斗运动员技术特征分析与研究

摘要 文章通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和录像观察法等研究方法,对2021年UFC女子草量级世界冠军张伟丽与罗斯的二番战技术运用情况进行统计与分析。找出两位综合格斗运动员技术运用规律,针对中国格斗运动员的技术特点提出优化策略。研究认为:张伟丽的臂展和腿长不及罗斯,应尽量规避与罗斯在中、远距离博弈;罗斯的力量虽弱于张伟丽,但其步伐的灵活性以及前手拳的杀伤性、隐蔽性较强,内围近身后,应以快速连贯的组合连击,创造机会,终结比赛;罗斯的柔术功底不俗,每15分钟抱摔数、降服率均高于张伟丽,在近身过程中要防止对方抱摔;强化头部防守,防止被击晕倒地,并适当加强扫踢的击打有效性,限制罗斯移动,并伺机近身。建议提升我国综合格斗运动员组合技术的运用能力,深化综合格斗运动员战术使用的灵性培养,重视综合格斗运动员心理素质的科学训练。 Through the research methods of literature, expert interview, video observation and mathematical statistics, statistics and analysis were conducted on the 2021 UFC women’s strawweight world championship headline bout between Zhang Weili and Ross in a two-way fight. The patterns of technical use of the two mixed martial artists were identified and optimisation strategies were proposed for the technical characteristics of Chinese fighters. The study concluded that: Ross has better arm and leg length than Zhang Weili, so you should try to avoid circling Ross at a distance;Ross’ strength is weaker than Zhang Weili’s, but his pace is more flexible and his forehand punches are more lethal and stealthy. During close quarters, you should prevent your opponent from holding;strengthen your head defence to prevent you from being knocked unconscious, and strengthen the effectiveness of sweep kicks to limit Rose’s movement and wait for opportunities to close in. It is recommended to improve our fighters’ ability to use combination techniques, deepen the spiritual training of mixed martial arts fighters’ tactical use, and pay attention to the scientific training of mixed martial arts fighters’ psychological quality.
