“丝绸之路”是我国在新时期实现多国立体化外交的一个重要的政治载体,具有重要的战略探索价值,不仅关系到我国对外交流与发展核心竞争力的构建,更对我国丝绸之路沿线城市的现代化和立体化发展具有重大促进作用。文章立足丝绸之路战略发展对文化品牌和文化核心竞争力要求,着眼于甘肃省丝绸之路沿线地缘战略地位和民族传统体育文化发展优势,分别从丝绸之路战略背景对我国社会文化发展需求影响,丝绸之路战略背景对甘肃民族传统体育文化发展的影响,立体化地进行甘肃省民族传统体育在丝绸之路战略背景下的发展与传承在整体发展框架和发展思路上进行发展趋势,文化传承与发展的结构,文化传承与模式以及可行性策略五大方面进行了宏观理论探索和策略构建,旨在提升甘肃省民族传统体育在文化品牌建设和现代化发展进程中在品牌结构和发展策略等方面的核心竞争力,促进甘肃省民族传统体育的现代化发展。
