基于牵引力法的驻车制动性能检测仪研究

摘要 随着机动车检测的快速发展,目前的驻车制动性能检测方式存在不足。面向机动车驻车制动性能检测,提出一种以牵引力法进行驻车制动性能测量的新方法,替代原有的传统驻车坡道测量法,以解决城市机动车检测站因场地不足而无法修建长坡道的难题。研制出一套基于牵引力法的自动化机动车驻车制动性能检测仪,以实现机动车驻车制动性能的自动化测试。研制了标准装置,以解决驻车制动性能检测设备的量值溯源问题,保障机动车驻车制动性能检测的准确和可靠。通过试验验证,该方法具有适用性广、精确度高、稳定性强等特点,示值误差不超过+0.8%,对机动车驻车制动性能的检测有重要意义。 With the rapid development of motor vehicle testing,the current parking brake performance testing method is inadequate.For the motor vehicle parking brake performance testing,a new method of parking brake performance measurement by traction method is proposed to replace the original traditional parking ramp measurement method,to solve the problem of long ramps that cannot be built in urban motor vehicle inspection stations due to the lack of space.A set of automated motor vehicle parking brake performance traction method-based test instrument is developed to realize the automated testing of motor vehicle parking brake performance.A standard device is developed to solve the problem of traceability of the parking brake performance testing equipment and to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the parking brake performance testing of motor vehicles.Through the test verification,the method has the characteristics of wide applicability,high accuracy and stability,and the error of the indicated value does not exceed+0.8%,which is important for the detection of the parking brake performance of motor vehicles.
