摘要
液体流量标准装置和高精度称量系统的主要部件为换向器。换向器的性能是影响液体流量装置不确定度的主要因素。传统换向器因其结构上的特点,很难再提高其性能。设计了一种创新结构的高精度三通换向阀。介绍了高精度三通换向阀的运行原理和内部结构。对高精度三通换向阀与普通换向器在水流量标准装置上进行了标定和对比试验。试验结果表明,相较于普通换向器,高精度三通换向阀拥有尺寸紧凑、切换速度快、重复准确性和稳定性高等优点。使用高精度三通换向阀作为液体流量标准装置的换向器,能极大地提高液体流量装置的检测能力和效率。
The main component of liquid flow standard devices and high precision weighing systems is the commutator.The performance of commutator is the main factor that affects the uncertainty of liquid flow device.The conventional commutator is difficult to improve its performance further due to its structural characteristics.A high-precision three-way directional valve with an innovative structure is designed.The operation principle and internal structure of the high-precision three-way directional valve are introduced.Calibration and comparison tests are conducted between the high-precision three-way directional valve and the common reverser on the water flow standard device.The test results show that compared with the common commutator,the high-precision three-way directional valve has the advantages of compact size,fast switching speed,high repeatable accuracy and stability.Using the high-precision three-way directional valve as the commutator of the liquid flow standard device can greatly improve the detection capability and efficiency of the liquid flow device.
