摘要
本文依托国内某百万千瓦火电机组项目,对新型给水泵汽轮机系统进行了完整的功能安全评估,充分辨识系统风险点、完善系统设计方案、改进给水泵汽轮机保护系统的配置方案,取得了良好的评估效果。同时,对国内外火电机组风险分析进行对比,指出分析方法与分析结果的差异与产生原因,为国内火电机组规范化应用功能安全技术提供了参考。
Based on a domestic 1000MW fossil fired power units project, the paper carried out a complete functional safety assessment of the new type feed-water pump turbine system, fully identified the system risk points, improved the system design scheme, improved the configuration scheme of the feed-water pump turbine protection system,and achieved good evaluation results. At the same time, the risk analysis of fossil fired power units between domestic and overseas is compared, and the differences and causes between the analysis methods and results are pointed out, which provides a reference for the standardized application of functional safety technology in Chinese fossil fired power units.
