摘要
假体无菌性松动是人工髋关节置换术后的主要并发症,其标志着全髋关节假体的失败。假体无菌性松动是多因素、多机制参与的过程,早期无菌性松动患者往往无明显症状,易漏诊、误诊。因此,更好地认识无菌松动的复杂发生机制、疾病特点和防治手段将有利于降低该并发症的发生率,有助于无菌性松动的早发现、早诊断、早治疗。文章对人工髋关节置换术后假体无菌性松动的发生机制、症状及体征、治疗与预防方案的进展作一综述。
Aseptic loosening of prosthesis is a major complication after total hip arthroplasty, which marks the failure of total hip prosthesis. Aseptic loosening of prostheses is a process involving multiple factors and mechanisms. Patients with early aseptic loosening often have no obvious symptoms, and are prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Therefore, a better understanding of the complex pathogenesis, disease characteristics and prevention and treatment of aseptic loosening will help to reduce the incidence of this complication and help to early detect, diagnose and treat aseptic loosening. This article reviews the progress in the mechanism, symptoms, signs,treatment and prevention of aseptic loosening of prostheses after hip replacement.
