中西医治疗冠心病多支病变的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Multi-Vessel Coronary Artery Disease

冠心病多支病变(简称MVD)作为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中病变程度较为严重的一种,诊治难度高,预后通常比其他心血管疾病差。中西医结合疗法能够标本兼治,优势互补,可有效减轻此类病人症状,减少耐药性,降低术后复发率,为MVD的诊疗提供了更加有效的途径和思路。文章查阅了近些年有关中西医结合治疗MVD的文献,从中医认识、发病机制、诊断依据、中医治疗、西医治疗以及中西医结合治疗进行综述,以期为今后MVD的临床研究提供借鉴与参考。

Multi-vessel coronary artery disease(MVD), as one of the most serious coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, is difficult to diagnose and treat, and its prognosis is usually worse than other cardiovascular diseases. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can treat both symptoms and root causes, complement each other’s advantages, effectively reduce the symptoms of such patients, reduce drug resistance, reduce the recurrence rate after surgery, and provide a more effective way and idea for the diagnosis and treatment of MVD. Based on the relevant discussion, this article reviews the literatures of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of MVD in recent years from the aspects of TCM understanding, pathogenesis, diagnostic basis, TCM treatment,western medicine treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, hoping to provide reference for the clinical research of MVD in the future.
