中医外治法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的研究进展

肱骨外上髁炎是临床中一种常见的骨科疾病,大多是因为不正确的运动姿势或者运动过度引起的以肘关节外侧疼痛为主的骨关节疾病。该病的临床表现以局部骨关节疼痛、活动受限等症状为主,严重时往往影响患者的日常生理活动。随着中医外科学的发展,中医外治法在治疗各种疾病中得到广泛应用,且效果显著。同样在肱骨外上髁炎的治疗上也有着明显的治疗优势,其治疗方法主要包括针刺、推拿、外用药物、以及民族特色医学等。文章通过检索近5年知网、万方、维普等数据库的相关文章遴选出通过中医外治法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的文献,分析并做出总结。

Lateral epicondylitis is a common orthopedic disease in clinic, which is mainly caused by the lateral pain of elbow joint caused by incorrect movement posture or excessive movement. The clinical manifestations of the disease are mainly local bone and joint pain, limited movement and other symptoms, and the severe cases often affect the daily physiological activities of patients. With the development of Chinese medicine surgery, external treatment of Chinese medicine have been widely used in the treatment of various diseases, and the effect is remarkable. It also has obvious advantages in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis, and its treatment methods mainly include acupuncture, massage, topical drugs, and ethnic medicine. By searching the relevant articles in the recent 5 years, such as CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database, the literature on the treatment of external treatment of humeral epicondylitis by traditional Chinese medicine was selected, analyzed and summarized.
