This paper briefly expounds the diversified connotation of librarians’ professional quality, and explains in detail the diversified factors that affect the improvement of librarians’ professional quality. Based on the specific analysis of the diversified problems existing in the current librarians’ professional quality, this paper explores the diversified education path for the improvement of librarians’ professional quality for reference.
