摘要
在分析研究汽车零部件市场需求和制动鼓顶面螺栓孔加工特点基础上,研发了制动鼓钻孔、正反倒角专用数控机床,解决了此类加工机床成本高、刀耗高、可靠性差和上下料不便等问题。机床选用单面立式结构、多轴刚性动力头,采用专用正反倒角刀具,应用数控系统,使得数控滑台既具备主轴进给功能又具备上下料功能,实现了一轴多用,满足了客户提效、成本低、精度高、操作方便和维修方便的需求,该设备可作为加工单元进入自动生产线。
Based on the analysis of the automobile parts market demand and the characteristics of brake drum top surface bolt hole processing,a special CNC machine tool for brake drum drilling and positive and opposite Angle is developed,which solves the problems such as high cost,high tool consumption,poor reliability and inconvenient loading and unloading of this kind of machine tool.Machine tool selection of single-side vertical structure,multi-axis rigid power head,the use of special positive and opposite Angle cutting tools,the application of numerical control system,so that the CNC slide has both spindle feed function and loading and unloading function,to achieve a multi-purpose axis,to meet the customer efficiency,low cost,high precision,convenient operation and easy maintenance needs,the equipment can be used as a processing unit into the automatic production line.
