摘要
初中生是国家未来的希望,因此如何促进初中生综合素养的全面发展也就成为一个十分重要的课题。引导初中生学习太极拳可以提高学生的身体素质,降低学生的思想压力,促进学生的心理健康。本研究详细分析了太极拳在促进学生心理健康方面的相关成效,以为太极拳在初中课程中的普及创设良好环境。
Middle school students are nation’s hope for the future, thus it has become a key topic for the promotion of comprehensive development of middle school students. Guiding middle school students to practice taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) can improve their physical quality, alleviate their mind pressure and improve their mental health. This paper analyzes indetails the function of taijiquan on the mental health of students, which leaves a suitable environment for the promotion of taijiquan curriculum in middle schools.
