建立完善的内部评价机制,是保障企业资产全寿命周期管理体系有效运行、促进管理持续改进的重要手段。本文结合电力企业资产和管理特点,提出构建涵盖文件评审、数据核查、专业检查、监督审核等多种评价类型的多维评价机制,为企业高效开展评价活动提供参考。

The establishment of a sound internal evaluation mechanism is an important means to ensure the effective operation of enterprise asset life-cycle management and promote the continuous improvement of management.Based on the characteristics of assets and management of electric power enterprises,this paper proposes to construct a multidimensional evaluation mechanism covering multiple evaluation types such as document review,data verification,professional inspection,supervision and audit,so as to provide reference for enterprises to carry out evaluation activities efficiently.
