Design and Application of Urban Rail Transit Safety Training Platform

城市轨道交通行业具有工种类型复杂、安全培训专业性强的特点,培训管理上往往存在着较大的难度,为实现城市轨道交通行业安全培训标准化、数字化、系统化地高效进行,本文在综合分析安全培训标准化机制的前提下,从逻辑架构和功能结构两个角度出发,设计了面向城市轨道交通行业的安全培训平台,并对平台进行开发实践。实践结果表明:该平台能够满足城市轨道交通行业安全培训的核心要求,形成完备的标准化培训管理机制,使企业在实行标准化培训管理的同时,又能在培训内容上有的放矢。

The urban rail transit industry has the characteristics of complex types of work and strong professional safety training,and there are often great difficulties in the management of training.In order to realize the standardized,digital,systematic and efficient safety training in the urban rail transit industry,on the premise of comprehensive analysis of the standardization mechanism of safety training,a safety training platform for urban rail transit industry is designed and developed from the aspects of logical structure and functional structure.The practice results show that the platform can meet the core requirements of safety training in urban rail transit industry,and form a complete standardized training management mechanism,so that enterprises can not only implement standardized training management,but also have a target in the training content.
