全面推进乡村振兴背景下县域发展研究

Research on County Development Under the Background of Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization

县域作为连接城市和乡村的关键节点,其发展对实现中国式农业农村现代化,推动城乡融合发展具有重大时代价值和现实使命。然而,现阶段县域发展还面临产业发展相对滞后、基础设施和公共服务水平较低、县域人才力量相对薄弱等诸多亟待解决的现实问题。为此,在全面推进乡村振兴背景下应以产业振兴为核心,构建和优化县域现代产业体系和结构;以生活富裕为根本,缩小城乡基础设施和公共服务差距;以人才振兴为驱动力,引才聚才赋能县域高质量发展等;有效发挥县域发展在全面推进乡村振兴中的关键支撑作用。

As a key node connecting cities and villages,the development of county has great times value and realistic mission for realizing the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas.However,at present,county development still faces many practical problems that need to be solved urgently,such as lagging industrial development,low level of infrastructure and public services,and relatively weak talent strength in county.Therefore,under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,industrial revitalization should be the core,constructing and optimizing the modern county industrial system and structure,taking affluent life as the foundation,narrowing the gap between urban and rural infrastructure and public services,taking talent revitalization as the driving force,attracting talents and gathering talents to empower county high-quality development,etc.to effectively play the key supporting role of county development in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization strategy.
